ScanWine provides tools to create and host EU-compliant digital wine labels and related e-label pages accessible via QR codes. Features, pricing, and availability may change over time.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when registering or submitting forms
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Ensure product information you publish complies with applicable food and wine labeling regulations
  • Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service

Customer Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including wine product data, images, and label information. You grant ScanWine a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of all content you publish through ScanWine.

Fees and Payment

Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to the pricing shown at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Intellectual Property

ScanWine's website, branding, software, and design elements are owned by ScanWine and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScanWine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.
